May-Sep .... $ 600/week (Sat-Sat - 10:00AM Check-out, 4:00PM Check-in)Oct-Apr .... $ 300/week or $ 600/month
Holiday's .. $ 800/week (4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
50% deposit due at time of reservation, balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
$100 refundable cleaning and damage deposit.
Rental Contract must be filled out and sent in with balance of payment.
